Since 2016, we’ve tirelessly worked hard to build a solid reputation for fast, friendly, and dependable customer service. Making life for you and your family more convenient, enjoyable, and healthy. We appreciate our clients and are pleased to eliminate one of your dreaded tasks and free up some of your valuable time.

We wish to always maintain a mutual understanding of basic expectations. This is the primary purpose of our terms of service form and if not agreed to, your service could be suspended.

Specifications

1. Long Grass, Excessive Weeds, Holes, Sticks, Leaves, Toys, etc..

These not only hinder our ability to clean up thoroughly, but it’s also a safety issue. Your cooperation in maintaining these obstacles will enable our success in finding and removing all pet waste.

2.  Rain

You can expect us to be on schedule. We will tough it out for you!! (unless hazardous)

3.  Snow & 2-day Rule / Freezing Temps

  • If it snows within 2 days before your scheduled service, that day could be missed.
  • If temperatures are at a freezing level, that day could be missed.

We’ll catch up the following week. It WILL get cleaned!  Please realize that snow will thaw after our visit & expose waste that was non-scoopable at the time of service.  Thanks for understanding that the same amount of waste will be there, weather permitting, to be cleaned. No snow days or discounts.

4.  Locked out or Snow/Ice at Gate

Gates must be accessible and in working order. Please have snow/ice cleared from the gate area. We do not have time or equipment for snow removal. If we can’t get in, you will be skipped. No credits will be issued, we have to do double “dooty” the following visit.

5.  Holidays

During holidays, service will be adjusted around the scheduled visit.  Holidays include New Year’s, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas.

6.  Travel or Boarding

If your dog will not be home for a week or more, let us know before we arrive. We can skip scheduled visits and pro-rate accordingly.

7.  Invoices & Payment Options

As of February 1, 2022, we will require at least a 1 month payment in advance with tax included- if not paying weekly. We will notify you of your last pre-paid visit. Please keep your account current. NOTIFY us if you can’t pay promptly- OR- we will be forced to skip due to non-payment.

This makes it easier for us all.

We will no longer pick up payments unless it’s available at the time of service. Payment options are as follows: Cash, Check, Credit Card, or Venmo.

8.  Potentially Aggressive Dogs

For the safety of everyone involved, secure your pets. If there is any inclination of potential aggression at all, leave them indoors or safely secured during our visit. We’ve had incidents of owners letting dogs out, unaware of us being in the yard. Please be vigilant and we will all stay safe.

9.  The “While You Are Here” Add On

We are happy to go over non-originally agreed areas, for an extra charge of $5.
